Quotation software for incentive travel · Built in Kuala Lumpur

The quote, drafted in an hour.
Signed the same week.

Quotinc is the quotation tool for incentive travel. DMCs and incentive houses use it to draft, send, and version the proposals their clients sign. Less rework. Cleaner operations. Deals closed faster.

01 / Why we built it

Three days to draft. Ninety seconds to be read.

Most incentive proposals take three days to put together. Sales chases rates on Tuesday. Ops pulls them in on Wednesday. Finance recalculates margin on Thursday. A PowerPoint deck ships on Friday. The buyer reads the document for ninety seconds and asks for a revision. The cycle starts again.

The tools have not moved in a decade. Supplier rate sheets sit in inboxes. The rooming list lives in Excel. The same lines get retyped from one quote to the next. Margin is reconciled by hand at month end. Nothing about the work was getting faster.

Quotinc replaces the stack. One workspace where the rates, the rooming list, the document, and the math live in one place. Built by the operators who used to live inside the stack.

02 / The modules

Five modules. One workspace.

Quotinc is where DMCs, MICE planners, and incentive houses draft, send, and version the quotes their clients sign. Dense tables. Real numbers. The document that ships at the end of the line.

Folio

The drafting surface

Pull supplier rates. Drop in the rooming list. Draft the body and the daily plan. Every line keeps its own currency, its own margin, its own status.

Procurement

Supplier rates, in one place

Contracted, versioned, indexed. Search by hotel, by season, by partner agreement. No more chasing the 2026 rack across three inboxes.

Finance

The close

Margin per line, per quote, per quarter. Month end closes itself because the numbers added up the first time.

Partner co-brand

White-label, opt-in

Send the document under your logo. Or ours. Or both. The cobalt dot at the end of the total stays Quotinc. Everything else is yours.

Press

The issued document

Cover page, line items by section, totals, signatures, page numbers. Source Serif body, JetBrains Mono numerals. The file the buyer signs.

03 / Three steps

Draft. Send. Version.

01

Draft

Open Folio. Pull supplier rates. Drop in the rooming list. The body, the daily plan, and the totals build from your inputs.

02

Send

One button. The PDF ships under your brand. The cobalt dot at the end of the total tells the buyer the document is real.

03

Version

The client comes back with edits. Edition 02. Edition 03. The whole thread lives on one page. Nothing gets lost between revisions.

04 / The three desks

Who Quotinc is for.

DMC owners + ops directors

You run inbound for several countries. Your finance team closes the month by hand. You've tried two booking engines and rejected both, because they were built for OTAs, not for incentive desks.

MICE + incentive planners

You quote 80-pax incentives, version them six times, and live in PowerPoint. You'd take a real document over a deck, if the math added up.

Inbound operators inside agencies

You inherited a Google Sheet from someone who left in 2019. The formulas are unsigned. Quotinc replaces the sheet, keeps the operators, and keeps the answers consistent across every revision.

05 / The document Quotinc exists to produce

The Press PDF. The file the client signs.

Cover page, line items by section, totals, signatures, page numbers. Source Serif body. JetBrains Mono numerals. One cobalt dot at the end of the total. Tenants white-label the document under their own brand. The dot stays.

Built by operators,
for operators.

Quotinc is built in Kuala Lumpur by a team that ran incentive desks before it wrote any code. Fifteen years on the operator side of inbound. Fifteen years of supplier rates in inboxes, rooming lists in Excel, and proposals drafted on Sunday night.

We built the tool we wished existed in 2014, in 2017, in 2022, and every Monday in between. It is tested at a working DMC every week, and shaped by the people who used to do the job our customers do now.

If you run inbound and would like a look, the demo is thirty minutes. We open Folio, draft a quote against your own numbers, and you tell us if the math holds up.

Thirty minutes. A real quote, with your numbers.

No payment information up front. No forty-minute slide deck. No "discovery call." We open Folio, build a real quote, and let the math do the talking.
